Driven by a passion for fiddling with anything with an engine from an early age and learning skills from a lifetime of building, racing, modifying and repairing cars and motorcycles…..it’s not just a business, it’s our passion! Rapid-Performance began as “Rapid-Remaps” a fully mobile service offering diagnostic and ECU remapping services. Over time the business has grown and is now based in a garage facility in Lavant near Chichester.
Due to demand we purchased a 1200hp fully braked V-Tech rolling road dynamometer to enable us to offer bespoke tuning and power runs, this is proving invaluable as a development tool for software and enables us to find vehicle issues that other normal garages just can’t fix because we are able to “drive” the vehicle on the dyno whilst looking for the problem.
We have also invested heavily in the latest DPS (diesel particulate filter) cleaning machinery which allows us to clean DPF’s fully back to “as new” condition, this saves customers thousands in replacement costs. We have full fabrication facilities in house, and we have built hundreds of full turbo conversions, exhaust systems, intercooler pipework, and just about anything required to fulfil the customers project needs.
